As a swim teacher, recent writing has been about the value of swimming and play in the pool, about why parents matter and why language is important.

I have written articles for the arts marketing industry on how to do less and amongst the noise be unashamedly you.
Tattoo Art
For five years I was a journalist and columnist for Skin Deep which was the UK’s best-selling tattoo magazine. I simultaneously worked as an online writer for Tattoodo and also contributed to Tattoo Master, Things & Ink, I Choose Brum and Blogosphere Magazine. I was featured on Rock N Roll Bride, BBC Radio 4, The Guardian and BBC Three.
In 2017 I won a UK Blog Award for my online writing in the industry and in 2018 won a Visit Holland Award for my travelling tattoo series that showcased artists across the Netherlands.
Lifestyle
I have written about the subjects of parenthood, leisure, literature, wellness and more and have been published in Restless Network, Minimalism Life, Motherzing Mag, Happiful Magazine, Shakespeare’s Globe and Oh! Mag.
Creative Writing
My life as a writer began as in poetry and short stories. I was published in Chicken Soup for the Soul and created poetry on typewriters for art installations, clients and events. I love analogue technologies and am interested in writing created offline.
